The College which is located in the Dry Harbour Mountains of St Ann and has a campus in St Ann's Bay which offers two programmes. The institution is non-residential but boarding accommodation is available in close proximity. Tuition is free, however, students are responsible for fees to cover registration, student's union dues and use of equipment.
Programmes are offered in the evening and during the day to accommodate those who are employed. The evening programme offers both academic and general interest courses for the community. The College offers a number of UTech courses - year 1 and year 2 - then students are transferred to the University to complete the programme of study. The College has a Placement and Career Counselling Centre.
