The Caribbean Tertiary Level Personnel Association (CTLPA) hosted part one of its two part webinars via Zoom video conference on April 21, 2020 under the theme “Crisis Communication and Response: Re-imaging Student Services Post Covid-19”. The presenters, Mr. Roger Bent, Mr. Jason Mckenzie and Ms. Dian Bailey, steered the presentation to ultimately challenge participants to think about the way forward to managing post crisis.
