Chapter History
The Caribbean Tertiary Level Personnel Association was the brainchild of student
services practitioners in Jamaica. The parent association, American College
Personnel Association supported the idea of a regional body to include the
Caribbean Islands. The first workshop that advanced the establishment of the Association was held at The University of the West Indies, Mona in 1996. For further details, refer to the history on this website. The Headquarters of remains at The University of the West Indies, Mona. Over the many years, the membership has grown and is still growing. All student services personnel from tertiary institutions are eligible. The membership includes personnel from the following institutions:
