The General Meeting of the CTLPA Jamaica Chapter was held on November 11, 2010 at the B&B College in Kingston. Approximately 14 persons attended the General Meeting. The guest speaker at the meeting was Mrs. Brenda Cuthbert, CEO, Jamaican Employers Federation. Mrs. Cuthbert spoke on the topic “Innovative Ideas Exceptional Results: A New Paradigm for Excellence in Carib-bean Education”. She challenged members to capitalize on creative ideas to transform and shape future leaders. She also discussed change and innovation and managing trans-generational personnel at the workplace.
